How it works · From your first message to your album
How it works, from first message to album.
Choosing your photographer means trusting someone with a day you will only live once. Here is, step by step, how I work with you, whether you live in France or abroad.
The steps
Seven steps, and no bad surprises.
- 1
You write to me
Tell me your date, your venue and a few words about the two of you. I reply within 48 hours with my availability and my brochure.
- 2
We talk
A video call, with no commitment. You tell me about your wedding, I explain how I work, and we see if we click. It matters: I will be by your side all day.
- 3
You book
A contract and a 30% deposit, and your date is yours. The prices in place when you book are guaranteed, even if your wedding is two years away.
- 4
We plan the day
A few weeks before, we build the photo timeline together: sunset time, twenty minutes just for the two of you, the list of family photos. If you have a wedding planner or a venue coordinator, I work directly with them.
- 5
The wedding day
I am there, discreet, among your guests. I guide you a little for the couple portraits, then step back. I keep an eye on the timing. You simply enjoy your day.
- 6
Your photos arrive
Your online gallery arrives within four weeks: to look through, share with your family and friends, and download. The balance is due on delivery, not before.
- 7
The album
With the Signature collection, we choose together the images for a fine art album. The kind of object you still open twenty years later, on a quiet Sunday, with your children.
The practical side, clearly.
- Travel
- Included across South West France. More than 2 hours from Agen, I only ask for accommodation on the wedding night.
- Payment
- 30% deposit to book, the balance when your photos are delivered.
- Delivery
- Your online gallery within four weeks.
- Languages
- English, French and Spanish. Handy when part of the family comes from far away.
Kind words
What couples say.
“As we are living in Belgium, Vincent organized an online meeting to get to know him. He really took the time to get to know what we wanted and gave great suggestions for how to capture the day. During the shoot, he kept things relaxed and fun, so our photos turned out really natural and beautiful.”
“He was discreet while being there at the right moment, which let us fully enjoy our wedding.”
“With such gentleness and natural presence, he blended in among our loved ones.”
Frequently asked questions
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can. I only take a limited number of weddings each season, and Saturdays from May to September go first. Write to me as soon as you have your date and venue.
We live abroad. Can we still meet?
Of course. We meet by video call before you book, then again a few weeks before the wedding to plan the timeline. I regularly work with couples who live abroad, from Belgium to Norway.
Do we need a lot of time for couple portraits?
No. Around twenty minutes at the right moment, when the light is beautiful, is enough. The rest of the day, I photograph what happens, without making you pose.
How are the photos delivered?
In a private online gallery that you can share with your family and friends, and download in high resolution.
